Special Purpose Small Business Loans

The Latin American Chamber of Commerce (LACC) is part of the City of Chicago’s Neighborhood Business Development Centers and Chicago’s Small Business Opportunity Centers, a network of small business lenders and financial consulting firms specializing in facilitating financing for new and established small businesses.

The LACC Small Business Development Program includes loan packaging and loan placement services in the following loan categories:

Small Business Loans

  • Amount: $25,000 to $250,000
  • Maturity: 5 years
  • Use of Proceeds: To purchase equipment, inventory, leasehold improvements and for working capital

National African-American Small Business Loan Fund

  • Amount: $35,000 to $250,000
  • Maturity: 5 years
  • Use of Proceeds: Business acquisition, to purchase owner-occupied commercial real estate, leasehold improvements, to purchase equipment, debt restructuring and for working capital

Veterans Small Business Loans

  • Amount: $50,000 to $250,000
  • Maturity: 5 years
  • Use of Proceeds: To purchase equipment, business acquisition, leasehold improvements, to purchase owner-occupied commercial real estate, refinancing and for working capital
